3. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. 4. VAT and taxes

VAT identification: not registered — reverse charge may apply. Prices include VAT where applicable. For EU cross-border sales we apply the destination country’s VAT rate through the One Stop Shop (OSS) where required. US sales tax is calculated at checkout by Stripe Tax.

The Site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in EU data centres. Payments are processed by Stripe. Transactional email is sent through our email service provider in the EU.

Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. Product images may be shared for editorial purposes with a credit and a link to the product page.

7. Product information and care

Materials, dimensions and load limits are listed on each product page. Colours may vary slightly between production batches and screens. Care instructions are provided with every product; damage caused by misuse is not covered by the statutory guarantee.
