What happens next

1. We acknowledge your withdrawal by email within one business day and send the return address.
2. Return the goods within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging where possible.
3. We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your notice or of receiving the goods, whichever is earlier.
4. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods, unless they are faulty or we agreed otherwise.
